Text Box: FWRW Projects & Programs « Afghanistan Humanitarian Project American military personnel in Afghanistan have been providing humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people through setting up hospitals, orphanages and refugee camps. There is a great need for survival items such as clothing, food, school supplies and small toys which the military personnel can distribute to the people. The Goodwill Stores sell clothing at half price on the third Wednesday of the month. The Dollar Tree is a good source for school supplies, socks, etc. Click on the link to the left to see details on how to send the much needed items to soldiers in Afghanistan or contact Marilyn VanHoozer at 817-292-1011. « USO Book Project Children’s Books and all donations for book purchases will be welcomed at any time. We are supporting the USO and the United for Reading Project on a continuing basis.
